Fr. Fricker Educational Endowment Scholarship Fund

Dear Alumni & Benefactors of St. Vincent's School,

We intend to start a Fr. Fricker Educational Endowment Scholarship Fund. In order to do this, we have to raise approximately \\$12,000 to properly endow two scholarships, one for a boy and a girl in the seventh grade who exemplify the spirit of Fr. Fricker in both their academic and extra-curricular activities. This award is available to all students who attend St. Vincent's School.

In the past we have used raffle tickets to help sustain this wonderful effort, but raffle tickets can only last for so long. Soon the generation that knows Fr. Fricker so well will be gone and he will be only a name in the history book. Through this endowment, his spirit and love of Catholic education and this area will continue. We are asking for a donation in the \\$100 range to help us achieve our goal. If you can do this, we will be ever thankful for your generosity to Catholic education in memory of Fr. Linus Fricker. In remembering him, we remember our Catholic faith and the great sacrifices our ancestors made for Catholic churches and Catholic education in this area.

If you work for a corporation that matches gift-giving, please let them know that you are making a gift to the Fr. Fricker Educational Endowment Scholarship Fund so that they can make a matching gift.
